Your tasks

• Create a compelling user experience in a team of product managers, developers and customers.
• Transfer feature ideas into comprehensible usability and stunning interfaces.
• Combine the most beautiful solution with the most usable.
• Provide guidance with consistency, clear design principles and UI patterns.
• Accelerate discussions with fast visualization, reasonable wireframes, rapid prototyping, adapted frameworks & libraries, and best practices.
• Test and constantly improve your results.

Your profile

• Digitally thinking and designing for years.
• Solid experience in User Experience, Usability Engineering and Interaction Design for business, web and mobile applications.
• Solution-oriented, structured, conscientious and independent way of working.
• Able to champion an idea and convince people in English and German.
• Can improve your own approach empirically.
• Deep understanding of customer-centric approach, data analytics and KPIs.
